It is with appreciation and gratitude that I write this testimonial to my amazing landlords and management staff. It was with regret that I had to move on, but it’s on to great adventures. I have nothing but great things to say about how the building is taken care of and the promptness of taking care of any issues that did come up.  We had a little blip in the beginning with some noisy pipes and they were on it from day one. The apartment was spectacular! Newly renovated, great fireplace, that I used all through the winter, made things feel so homey. I will miss my conversations with Cindi, and the laughs we shared. I call these people, Cindi, Stephen and Natalie my family as they truly made me feel part of theirs at My Home Suite Home.

Living on Belyea Street for the last six years has been absolutely lovely. The location is based in a residential neighbourhood, but also a two minute walk to Bronte Harbour, which is lovely at all times of year. By chance, it was also the same neighbourhood I grew up in and it has been lovely to see the area grow over the years. Cindi and the team have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all residents in the building. If there is ever an issue or concern, it has always been responded to promptly and effectively. If it weren’t for the purchasing of a new condo, I would no doubt be staying with My Home Suite Home. Thank you for a great rental experience!

We moved into a this one-bedroom about two years ago and it became our home very quickly. We really loved our time here which is why it is hard to accept leaving despite our excitement of purchasing our own home. The finishes are modern and the appliances never gave us any trouble. We found it easy to keep clean and uncluttered despite having a lot of stuff. The area of Port Credit is an awesome place to be and we were able to take advantage of being so close to the restaurants and shops. The outside areas were maintained properly and we had absolutely no issues. Any inquires we had were answered immediately by the property managers. We highly recommend 320 lakeshore to anyone looking for a lovely home by the lake.

The apartment is spacious, clean and very well finished. The grounds around the building are well maintained and any problem within the apartment itself is quickly and efficiently sorted out with a simple e-mail or phone call. In-building laundry is a major plus.

We have had a wonderful 3 years in the apartment and quite enjoy the area and are sad to be leaving. We would like to thank you for offering such a great environment at a very reasonable monthly cost. Natalie, thank you again for making the initial process of when I first contacted you so positive and easy. You have definitely been a landlord that cares. And Tim, thank you so much for all the hard work you have put towards maintaining the building and following through on requests very quickly.

Our experience with My Home Suite Home has been nothing but enjoyable. Moving is always a stressful time, but Natalie and Stephen made everything so easy! The apartment was newly renovated and move-in ready; it felt like all we had to do was unpack! The General Manager is always available and prompt to respond to any questions; we always know we can rely on him. He is a pleasure to deal with. We truly feel like we own our apartment and love it like we do!

I had taken the apartment at Cayuga prior to them acquiring the building. Peeling paint all over the walls, linoleum floor with missing squares, smoke stains above the kitchen and shoddy carpet; just to give you an idea of the conditions in which I was raising my 4-year-old son. The common space was run down and outside was no better.

When Steve and Natalie took over the building, change began quickly! I was honoured and surprised when they offered me the first apartment they completely renovated. Shortly thereafter, the outside garden was created and the laundry room completed. Brand new carpet was laid throughout the building and the improvements haven't stopped in 6 years.

For the first few years their generosity extended to tenant BBQs, Christmas cards and gifts. Often, when I was going through difficult times, I would find grocery bags outside my door and inspirational messages of hope from them. They extend their philanthropy by donating all laundry money to those less fortunate.

It amazes me how far the building, like me, has come. I thank God for Steve and Natalie's generosity and friendship. They have become family to us and for that I feel so blessed.

I am proud to call Cayuga my home sweet home!

I moved into the Lakeshore West location over 3 years ago just after Stephen and Natalie had acquired the building. The unit that I ended up moving into had been totally renovated beautifully but the grounds and common areas were showing many signs of neglect. I loved the apartment and area but was a little leery, the agent that showed me the apartment explained the building had just been recently purchased and the new owners had many plans to address my concerns. True to their word the building has seen these upgrades, outside there is new landscaping, arbor with BBQ, fencing and awnings over entrance doors and new security system; inside there is new flooring, trim and paint in the common areas.

Also, I would like to give a shout out to Geoff who keeps the building maintained on a regular basis. Any questions or concerns I have had are always immediately addressed and taken care of.

I would wholeheartedly recommend moving into any property that Stephen and Natalie are associated with.
